Silent adventure I fall on my knees
Casting my crown at your feet
Faith is a wonder that fate can’t defeat
The heathen in me finds belief
Blood signs my name when I fall on my knees
Silent my heart pleads to scream
CHORUS
You are the Creator you are my God and my King
You are the Creator open my eyes to belief (2x)
Open my eyes
Silent adventure I fall on my knees
Guide me through pastures of peace
Your grace and mercy have lead me to weep
Where my bruised knees find relief
Blood signs my name when I fall on my knees
Silent my heart pleads to scream
BRIDGE
You saved me by your rod you comfort me
You rescued me from the power of my enemies
(back to chorus)

Silent Adventure
My friend and I took a trip out to Seattle one summer. We drove the whole way from Michigan. It was one amazing road trip! On the way back we passed through Montana and all those amazing forested mountains. There was one stretch of highway that was particularly mesmerizing. We must have gone a couple hours with this vastly brilliant rainbow bridging two far off mountains way in front of us. Just breathtaking really. Soon after that we stopped to visit all the natural wonders of Yellowstone National Park. I couldn't help thinking how perfect our Creator must have made this world. My friend, Nunz, told me about this tune that had been in her head since who knows when and she taught it to me. And that is what I used to give body to the skeletal form of these lyrics. It combines the awe I found that day in seeing all of His creation and also the journey David speaks of in the 23rd Psalm. EnjoY!
